Performance and Risk management Workshop for Boards
Towards a mastery of the Board of Directors cockpit

Objectives of the training: to provide directors and top executives as well as internal auditors with effective ways and investigative tools to assess performance and risks of business goals, along sharpening governance constraints and the need for strategic arbitration.

Methodology used: a module of plenary sessions with theory of methodology about the GPS tool and a state-of-the-art knowledge pack with a governance simulation cockpit.

Learning objectives:

  • Acquiring gradual mastery of a proven specific tool in these areas
  • Supervising performance and risks evaluation committees
  • Developing potential, acuity and responsiveness in Board governance and decision-making
  • Sequence of the training program:
  • Session 1: Concepts, models and issues in risks assessment and performance management (2h)
  • Session 2: The GPS Tool methodology for performance and risks assessment (4h)
  • Session 3: Integration of your governance concerns with dashboards and alert systems (2h)
  • Session 4: Performance impact of Board decisions on the organization and proficiency tests (4h)

In partnership with Business Investigation for the GPS tool and IFA (Institut Français des Administrateurs) for access to research documents.

Towards a mastery of Corporate Social Responsibility

Objectives of the training: to provide top executives as well as internal auditors with effective ways and investigative tools to assess performance and risks of business goals, along CSR increasing legal and normative constraints.

Methodology used: a module of plenary sessions with theory of methodology about the GPS tool and a state-of-the-art knowledge pack with a CSR supervision simulation.

Learning objectives:

  • Acquiring gradual mastery of a proven specific tool in this area
  • Supervising performance and risks evaluation associated with CSR
  • Developing potential, acuity and responsiveness in CSR decision-making
  • Sequence of the training program:
