Human Resources Integrated Management Course
For HR Professional in Geneva
A Human Resources professional training programme based upon a complete innovative approach: Personality factors integrated into Human Resources management tools and practices
UBIS Geneva introduces “HRM Integrated Model” a real innovative HRM course, this course starts in November 2006 and includes 6 independent modules (2 days each).
A specific knowledge about personality aspects is integrated into each of the concepts regarding this new programme specifically designed for Human Resources Professionals (HR Managers, Specialists and Generalists). The integrated approach is based upon psychology, organizational sociology and Palo Alto systemic approach (regarding relations and solutions).
HRM Integrated Model allows HR professional to adapt, plan and anticipate individual reactions and is aimed to directly getting them accept and commit to new HR and organizational projects. It also makes HR role and practices much more interesting and provides them with a real new dimension and motivation. Through HRM Integrated Model HR action will be made actually efficient on a daily basis and will bring a real sense and finality to new HR and Organizational projects.
How does HRM Integrated Model work? The corresponding psychological concept is directly integrated into the HRM concept and tool: Example: If you want to implement a new competency management model within your Organization, you will learn through the HRM Integrated Model how people develop their competence and how they decide to translate it into performance or not (in usual approaches you just learn about what is competence and not how it is really working and how it can be actually efficient).
HRM Integrated Model represents the complexity and diversity of human factors. Although there are the key elements of HR management efficiency these factors are not taken into accounts in practices, due to this complexity. The specific benefit of HRM Integrated Model is that it is able to translate this complexity into a simple and attractive approach. The learning approach itself is really attractive, simple and effective. During the course, participants will be able to experiment the practices and tools on their own functioning and thinking modes. HRM Integrated Model is not only the result of a technical approach. It is the result of HR experience and learning expertise. If people have an opportunity to actually experiment new concepts on themselves they “learn through feeling” (not only through a mental mechanism). This learning practice allows each of the participants to evaluate the real interest of the tool. It also allows them to evaluate how it can have a positive effect on people within their own organizations.
