A personal statement of 200 to 300 words answering the following questions:
Why have you chosen the University of Business and International Studies?
Why have you selected your program of study?
What do you hope to achieve from your studies?

Official score of the TOEFL or IELTS examination or Certified copy of the CAE (Certificate in Advanced English)
Not needed for :
students of English mother tongue or
with High-School diploma from English sections of International Schools affiliated to the IBO or
with High-School diploma, having studied in English, in countries where English is a national language, as defined in the
World Factbook web site
The TOEFL can be taken once you will arrive in Geneva

Certified copy in English of the official high school / secondary school transcripts and grade point average
Students attending the last year of high-school who require an early provisional acceptance letter for visa purposes, may provide a high-school record attesting to student attendanceprior to submitting their official diploma and transcripts.

Certified copy in English of the official transcripts from the undergraduate program completed
Official score of the GMAT (if applying to a Master of Business Administration) or GRE
(if applying for a Master of Arts)
Curriculum Vitae stating relevant professional experience
A letter of reference from the faculty of the undergraduate institution or from a current or recent employer.
The GMAT/GRE will be waived for applicants who hold a previous master’s or
doctoral degree. It may also be waived for applicants with relevant professional credentials
or for applicants with significant professional experience.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN NEXT
Once we have received the documents and application fee, we will arrange a phone interview with an academic fro, the Dean's office and we will make a determination as to your acceptance. After acceptance, you will receive a package that will contain your etter of admission, a Swiss biographical data form, and a “UBIS Information Pack” that details he visa application steps. We will also include additional information about Geneva,the housing situation and the local life.
.. Please note that a non-refundable tuition advance correponding to one term tuition is payable within 30 days of acceptance to the University. A certificate of payment of this advance tuition may be required by the Swiss authorities to deliver the visa. The tuition advance will be refunded if the Swiss authorities do not grant the VISA. This advance tuition can be deferred to another term if the students arrival is delayed .
