Diane Cuènoud is a dedicated Veterinarian that has practised veterinary medicine in Switzerland for the past eighteen years. She has co-owned her own practice in the Canton of Geneva for the past eleven years. She received her degree in veterinary medicine in 1987 from the Tierspital in Bern. She was a member of the Board of the Swiss Veterinary Society which has been commissioned to review questions and problems that are related to ethical issues between veterinarians and clients as well as other animal rights concerns.

Alan Green has been Professor of Engineering and Environmental Geophysics at ETH Zurich since 1992. He has chaired numerous national and international committees and has been editor or associate editor of several international journals and books. He has been President of ICSU's Scientific Commission on the Lithosphere. Amongst the awards that he has received are an Honorary Doctoral Degree from the University of Uppsala, Membership of Academia Europaea, Medal of the University of Helsinki, Honorary Professor at the China University of Geosciences, the Mueller Medal of the European Geoscience Union and Best Paper in Geophysics Award.

Recent experience includes marketing and development of services, particularly in management education and in career management. The most recent assignment was Chief Financial Officer and Head of Administration of a non-government organization working in partnership with the United Nations. Early in his career he studied at the University of Basel and at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He holds a PhD in Economics and Sociology.

Involved in education for over 50 years, Dr. Paone is President Emeritus of the Detroit College of Business as well as president of the educational consulting firm, Gary-Lehigh Associates. Dr. Paone also serves as an accreditation evaluator for the American Council on Education, and for the Senior College Accreditation for the Accrediting Commission of Independent Colleges and Schools, Washington, DC. He has held a number of directorship positions in higher education throughout his career.

Karen Saddler has over 20 years experience in corporate communication and management. A Swiss and British national, she holds an MBA and an MA in Media & Communication. After journalism and publishing, she worked 16 years in communication and management positions at the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC). She joined Firmenich, one of the world's top three fragrance and flavor companies, in early 2004, as Director of Corporate Communication for the Group. Karen serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Swiss foundation "Look Good - Feel Better". Her interests include corporate governance and sustainable development. She also enjoys golf, tennis, running, skiing, scuba diving and theatre.
