Reach for the STARS is a personal approach to leadership, management and improvement. The book provides readers with suggestions and methods that can be applied in both personal and managerial situations. It describes the characteristics of successful people in terms of Star types. The book covers eight themes beginning with the personal approach to leadership and management. It explains how to create powerful teams and achieve an organizational culture of excellence. Other themes cover customers, products, environmental sustainability, improvement and innovation. The book uses the author's research and decades of business consulting experience into leadership, knowledge creation and management as a foundation for practical application of the themes.
