WORKSHOPS & SYMPOSIA to stay UP-TO-DATE

UBIS can design and/or organize complete events that will reflect the unique goals of your organization. UBIS ensures every event they develop and execute addresses each of their client’s expectations and are reflective of the client’s tone and company tenor.
UBIS can also organize and plan individual workshops, Symposia and/or conferences and often invites well-known external guests and keynote speakers to bring in the latest pragmatic thinking and share best managerial practices in a variety of business areas and cultural experience fields. Some recent examples from UBIS include a complete project management (theme selection, from transportation to on-site logistics, master of ceremony for the plenary program) for a 1’800 people sales conference for a global pharmaceutical company.
UBIS also hosted a “Succession Planning & Management” HR Forum organized in November 2011 in cooperation with the Bulgarian HR Management & Development Association. The aim of the Forum was to present current world trends in succession management, to discuss Bulgarian and foreign practices that represent successful models of talents and successors development and to introduce the participants to innovative techniques to ensure the stability of the organization or company.
UBIS also offered to great success The Future of People Management Symposium, Geneva, September 2011, which thanks to the involvement of a variety of international speakers and experts addressed a number of key people and talent management issues for the future.
